last week i cut down drastically what i was eating before and had one small thing to eat each day (like a slice of soda bread or 1/3 of a red pepper with some couscous) so i can shrink my stomach for my fast..which i wana start really soon!! i feel like a bloddy beached whale and this weight cant come off quick enough!! its really getting on my nerves, so im going to start exercising more and keeping myself busy and get onto my fast!! i need to keep focused and THINK THIN!!!!!
